    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Terms & Conditions for Room Usage

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of rooms at The Nectar Suites (“Premises”) by educators, therapists, and other professionals (“Users”). 


    By booking and using our rooms, Users agree to abide by these Terms.

     

    1.1 Booking and Payment

    • All bookings must be made in advance through the official booking system or authorized channels. 

    • Payments must be completed prior to room use unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

    • Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated in Section 2 of this document.

     

    1.2 Use of Rooms

    • Rooms are to be used solely for professional purposes, such as therapy, consultation, training or other agreed activities. 

    • Users must not use the Premises for unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate purposes. 

    • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.

      

    1.3 Care and Cleanliness

    • Users must leave the rooms in a clean and tidy condition after use. 

    • Furniture, fittings, and equipment must be used responsibly and returned to their original positions. 

    • Any damage, stains, or breakages caused by Users or their clients must be reported immediately and may be chargeable.

     

    1.4 Conduct and Responsibility

    • Users are responsible for the behavior of their clients and visitors while on the Premises. 

    • Noise levels must be kept reasonable to avoid disturbing other Users. 

    • Smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited within the Premises.

     

    1.5 Liability

    • The Nectar Suites shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Users’ personal property. 

    • Users agree to indemnify The Nectar Suites against any claims arising from their use of the Premises.

      

    1.6 Termination of Use

    • The Nectar Suites reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings if Users breach these Terms. 

    • Serious breaches may result in suspension of future access without refund.


    2. Cancellation Policy

    The following Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings at The Nectar Suites. By making a booking, Users agree to these terms.

     

    2.1 Standard Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to be eligible for a full refund. 

    • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking, no refund will be issued.

     

    2.2 Rescheduling

    • Users may request to reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to room availability. 

    • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking may be declined.

      

    2.3 No-Shows

    • If a User fails to show up for their booking without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited in full. 

    • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

     

    2.4 Exceptional Circumstances

    • In cases of emergencies or exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergencies, government restrictions), The Nectar Suites may, at its discretion, offer credits or partial refunds even within the 24-hour window. 

    • Users must provide reasonable documentation where required.
